The Day of Coordinator package starts at $850

• Unlimited contact, within a reasonable hour

• At least 1 face to face meeting, if requested

• At least 1 venue walk thru; must be scheduled in advance due to venue and Weddings by Cyndi availability

• Rehearsal is included; must be scheduled in advance due to venue and Weddings by Cyndi availability 

• Confirming all vendors one week prior to the wedding

• 12 hours Day of Coordinating

• Create vendor and reception timeline

• Coordinate arrival of all vendors

• Coordinate & assist decorating reception and ceremony areas

• Coordinate wedding ceremony

• Coordinating pictures

• Assist with Breakdown and clean up; if within contracted times (additional fee required for clean up)

• Final walk thru with venue coordinator
